Improvisation workshop • Copenhagen

This workshop explores the link between the body and the imagination – the foundation of all improvisation work.

We begin with a physical and creative warm-up: getting the body into play, freeing the imagination, and feeling how each feeds the other. From there, we work alone and then in pairs – improvisation exercises and short performance sequences. The aim is to embody your ideas and characters with more clarity, presence and spontaneity.

About Caspar Schjelbred
Caspar Schjelbred has been teaching improvisation and physical acting in Paris and internationally for more than twenty years. He is the founder of Impro Supreme and co-director of Impro Academy Paris.
