These Terms & Conditions govern your use of improsupreme.dk and all workshop services offered through it by Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred, a Danish sole proprietorship (CVR 45061779).
By registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Offer
Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred offers in-person workshops in improvisation, physical acting and related performance disciplines. All services are educational and artistic in nature.

Nothing on this website or in any workshop should be understood as medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred aims to provide high-quality training but does not guarantee any specific artistic, career or personal outcome. Your progress depends on your own effort, practice and context.
4. Physical Safety
Workshops involve physical movement. By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to safely engage in the exercises offered.
Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of exercises, ignoring your physical limits, or unsafe environments chosen by you.
5. Payment and Cancellation
5.1 Payment
Full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and MobilePay. Prices are listed in DKK.
5.2 Cancellation by participant
- More than 30 days before: full refund
- 15–30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: no refund
If someone on a waiting list takes your place, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
5.3 Cancellation by Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred
If a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund. Participants will be notified as early as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, exercises, texts and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for teaching purposes without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, injuries incurred during physical activities, or failures of third-party platforms.
8. Third-Party Services
Workshop payments on improsupreme.dk are processed through Scanpay (payment gateway) and Clearhaus (payment acquirer). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Impro Supreme does not store or process your payment card details.
Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred is not responsible for the actions, availability or data practices of these third-party platforms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
