Privacy policy

In short: no tracking

Impro Supreme does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any marketing surveillance tools.

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us – for example, when you register for a workshop or send a message through the contact form.

Our analytics (Matomo) are fully anonymised and cookieless.

Payments are handled securely through Scanpay and Clearhaus.

No third-party marketing cookies are set by improsupreme.dk.

1. Data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily submit.

a. Contact form

If you contact us via the form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content
  • Anti-spam metadata (via WP Armour honeypot)

Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

b. Workshop registration and payment

When you register for a workshop, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing details
  • IP address (fraud prevention, handled by Scanpay/Clearhaus)

Impro Supreme does not store your payment card details. Card data is processed exclusively by Scanpay (payment gateway) and Clearhaus (payment acquirer) under their own privacy policies.

c. Workshop interest signup (ActiveCampaign)

If you register your interest in upcoming workshops, we collect:

  • Email address
  • First name (optional)
  • Language preference (tag: EN / FR)

This data is used solely to notify you of relevant upcoming workshops.

ActiveCampaign Site Tracking is fully disabled. Impro Supreme does not track your behaviour on the site.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

2. Analytics (Matomo — cookieless mode)

We use Matomo Analytics in a strict, privacy-first configuration:

  • No cookies
  • No fingerprinting
  • IP anonymised
  • No third-party sharing

We collect only anonymous, high-level analytics such as page views and device types. No personal data is processed.

3. Data storage & security

Your data may be stored in:

  • WordPress (contact form submissions)
  • Scanpay / Clearhaus (payment and booking data)

We secure all data using:

  • Wordfence firewall
  • Encrypted HTTPS
  • Anti-spam protection (WP Armour)
  • Email obfuscation (Email Encoder)
  • Regular encrypted backups (UpdraftPlus)

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You may at any time:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction
  • Request deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency: datatilsynet.dk

5. Data retention

  • Contact form submissions: kept only as long as necessary to respond
  • Payment and booking data: stored by Scanpay/Clearhaus as required by tax law
