Short introduction workshops in English • Copenhagen • Open to all levels

These workshops train the link between the body and the imagination – the foundation of all improvisation, yet rarely trained as such.

We always begin with a physical and creative warm-up: getting the body into play, engaging the imagination, and feeling how each feeds the other. From there, we work alone and then in pairs – improvisation exercises and short performance sequences. The aim is to embody ideas and characters, and act with more clarity.
